Permanent residence Permit in China
Requirements:
1. Individual investment over 500,000 USD - 2 million USD
2. Employment in High Technology Enterprises for more than four years and stay over 3 years
3. Family member of Chinese for more than five years
4. Yearly income more than 500,000 RMB for more than 4 years
5. Other types
Documents to be submitted:
1. Passport Copy
2. Visa Copy
3. Resume in Chinese
4. No criminal certificate issued by his home country, notarized and attested by Chinese embassy in the home country
5. 5 pieces of 2 inch white background photos and in digital version
6. other prove documents for the requirement
7. Reference letter from the employer
8. Copy of the registration of employer license
Working and residence permit for foreign employee in China.
1. Photocopy of First Page of Passport with valid visa（if the applicant is in China)
2. Resume or C.V. (in English or Chinese)
3. Accommodation registration form (up to date) （if the applicant is in China)
4. Original Degree certificate of highest degree to be notarized and attested in Chinese embassy of home country or your country's embassy in China （if the document is in other languages, please translate it in English）
5. Original Reference letters issued by any foreign company to prove you have more than 2 years full-time working experience (after graduated) in your current field and position. （if the document is in other languages, please translate it in English）
6. Original Health Certificate (If you get it in your home country or foreign country, you have to get a Chinese health certificate after you enter China. We can help to get a get a Chinese health certificate by your foreign health certificate, our service fee for this is 1000 RMB for getting two copies Chinese health certificates.)
7. Five Passport Photographs with White Background (size 4.5 cm*3.5 cm)
8. Original Certificate of Non-criminal Record to be notarized and attested in Chinese embassy of home country or your country's embassy in China（if the document is in other languages, please translate it in English）
9. Electronic photo with white background
All above documents will be collected by government and won’t return to you in future.
Procedure:
1. Document collections and application preparation
2. register the employer information in the government website
3. register the employee information online
4. Get online approval and make appointment to submit original documents to labor office
5. get employment notice
6. Apply for Z visa or three month residence in China
7. Apply for work permit in the government website
8. Apply for the 1-2 years residence permit
Note:
1.All procedure will take more than two months. And the online application will take time to be approved.
2.For the applicant over 60 years old, there is one extra step to be done after the online application. A health certificate is required before the online application get approved.
3. The "No Criminal Record" certificate is valid only for 6 months.
4. The degree authentication is valid only for 6 months.
