Applying for permanent residence permit
Qualifications :
1. Has been working in Shanghai for 4 years , and during the working period, physical residence in China each year in the 4 years should reach 6 months or more.
2. The annual income of Salary ( before Tax ) should be more than 600,000 RMB of a consistent 4 years period.
3. Paid annual individual tax 120,000rmb of a consistent 4 years period.
4. Being recommended by the current employer ( company)
Accompanying spouse and children (age under 18) of the applicant ,canalso apply for a corresponding alien permanent residence the same time.
The Visa Type R (for talent applicants)
Qualifications :
Foreigner who is qualified any of the following circumstances can apply for the Visa Type R(for talent applicants)
1. Being a high level talent introduced by Chinese Government
2. Being a high level talent credited by Shanghai Municipality Authority Department
3. Specific high level specialist hired by an employer list on Shanghai scientific & Technological Innovation Occupation list.
Residence Permit ( indicating talent personnel)
Qualifications :
Those foreigners who satisfied one of the following conditions can apply for a residence permit of work class ( indicating talent personnel)
1. Foreigners with high level talent recruit by Chinese Government
2. High level talent personnel recognized by Shanghai Municipality Authority Department.
3. Specific high level specialist recruit by the affiliated unit of Shanghai scientific & Technological Innovation Occupation list.
Residence Permit ( indicating venture)
Qualifications :
Those foreigners who satisfied one of the following conditions can apply for a personnel affair residence permit ( indicating venture)
1. Foreigners recent graduates graduated from Chinese universities or colleges whom wish to venture in Shanghai.
2. Foreigners who intend to invest or venture in Shanghai
Residence Permit ( indicating housekeeping service)
Those foreigners who satisfied one of the following conditions can apply for a personnel affair residence permit ( indicating housekeeping service)
1. Foreign housekeeping worker hired by those who have obtained permanent residence permit in China and high level personnel whom hold working class residence permit and innovation or entrepreneurship talents.
2. Foreign housekeeping worker hired by those foreign high level talents whom holding working class residence permit and innovation or entrepreneurship talents.
